    About Me

    I run a small U.S.-based creative agency specializing in:

    • Commercial photo & video production
    • Social-media-first content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
    • Brand strategy & visual storytelling

    I work with restaurants, events, and local businesses.

    I am looking for a highly organized, proactive Business Assistant / Project Manager to become my personal operational manager and help structure and scale the business.

    Who This Role Is For

    This is NOT a «wait for instructions» position.

    This role is for someone who:

    • Naturally remembers everything
    • Thinks three steps ahead
    • Notices what’s missing
    • Initiates action without being asked
    • Loves structure, planning, and clarity
    • Is comfortable working with a creative founder

    You will help build systems so the business becomes scalable and predictable.

    Responsibilities

    📅 Project & Deadline Management

    • Track all ongoing client projects
    • Manage content calendars
    • Ensure deliverables are completed on time
    • Keep deadlines visible and structured

    📲 Social Media Operations

    • Schedule posts (Instagram)
    • Maintain posting consistency
    • Track analytics

    🗂 Organization & Systems

    • Maintain project management system dashboards
    • Build and improve internal workflows
    • Organize shoot folders, files, and project documents

    🧠 Strategic Support

    • Suggest process improvements
    • Remind me of priorities
    • Help plan workload realistically

    Required Skills

    • Fluent English (written and spoken)
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Experience with Project management platforms
    • Strong sense of deadlines and accountability
    • Ability to work independently

    Working Style

    • Remote
    • Hourly-based
    • Flexible schedule (2−3h a day), but strong availability for communication
    • Weekly check-ins (ideally quick 10-minute daily calls)
    • Long-term collaboration preferred
