We are evolving from a premium brand of male erotic outfits into a global lifestyle brand for Urban Hedonists — upper-class experts in looking great, playful travel, and high-energy parties. Our roadmap includes opening our second flagship store (USA) and launching a global franchise network.
2. THE MISSION: Internal Orchestration
As the RMO, you are the Internal Architect. You build the systems that allow a global brand to scale.
- Systemic Mastery: You manage Shopify content, customer service flows, and legal/admin documentation.
- The AI Multiplier: You don’t do manual work; you master our proprietary ecosystem of 40+ AI agents to do the work of 10 people.
- The Partnership: You work in lockstep with our Product Development & Supply Manager (hiring simultaneously), who handles physical production in China.
