As an SMM Specialist, you will be more than just an executor; you will be a strategist helping our company grow in the US and European markets. Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and implementing the SMM strategy and monthly Content Plan.
• Continuously analyzing account performance, identifying weak points, testing hypotheses, and making regular data-driven improvements.
• Generating new approaches and ideas, testing formats, trends, and techniques — anything that can boost audience engagement.
• Posting regular (5 days a week) and unique content across 3 accounts (@kica_academy, @kica_france, @ivanetspastry). 1 Post/Reel per day + Stories (the number of Stories may vary depending on audience engagement levels).
• Publishing 1 video per day, 5 times a week on TikTok and YouTube Shorts (the same videos can be repurposed for TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube).
• Cross-posting from our Instagram accounts to Pinterest (7−15 pins per week).

What we expect from you:

• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher. Conversational Ukrainian.
• At least 2 years of experience as an SMM Specialist.
• Basic design and video editing skills.
• Understanding of the US and European markets and cultures (practical experience working with these GEOs will be a huge advantage).
• A proactive attitude and a positive mindset :)
