International Culinary Academy KICA was founded in 2013 by pastry chef Tetyana Verbytska with the support of the best French pastry schools.

Now KICA Academy is famous all over the world for its high-class education in professional pastry. We teach online students from 140 countries. Both — experienced professionals and passionate amateurs are welcome to our courses.

For the first time in pastry history, the KICA Academy has moved training with the best French chefs online. Cédric Grolet, Julien Alvarez, Nicolas Boussin, Karim Bourgi, Guillaume Mabilleau — more than 30 of the best world Chefs have repeatedly come to KICA with their master classes. These classes are accompanied by online broadcasts from the Academy to the whole world.
