Опис вакансії

We are looking for a highly qualified Financial Manager to join the KICA International Culinary Academy team. KICA was founded in 2013 with the support of the finest French pastry schools. Today, KICA Academy is renowned worldwide for its top-tier culinary programs and education.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Develop and implement cost reduction strategies and financial process optimization.
Generate P&L reports and other reports by categories.
Consolidate sales from multiple payment systems and input them into the QuickBook system.
Manage payroll, calculation and disbursement.
Prepare a consolidated sales table with VAT calculations by country (OSS).
Calculate and account for royalties.
Provide daily expense reports to management.
Perform other tasks assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

Higher education in finance, accounting, or economics.
Above-average proficiency in English.
Mandatory experience with QuickBooks system.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial manager position.
In-depth knowledge of financial accounting, analysis, and reporting.
High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
Ability to work with a large volume of information and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
