Опис вакансії

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and hospitable Guest Support Specialist to manage our Airbnb listings exclusively during the weekends. Your main goal is to provide 5-star communication, ensure smooth check-ins, and solve guest issues in real-time.

Status: Full Time / Remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rapid Response: Reply to all guest inquiries and booking requests within 10−15 minutes.
  • Booking Management: Confirm reservations, vet potential guests, and send check-in/check-out instructions.
  • Problem Solving: Remotely coordinate with local maintenance or cleaning teams if issues arise.
  • Review Management: Write professional reviews for departed guests and encourage them to leave 5-star feedback.
  • Conflict Resolution: Handle complaints with empathy and follow Airbnb’s resolution protocols.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Airbnb/Short-Term Rental (STR) management or high-end Customer Service.
  • Communication: Excellent written and spoken English (neutral accent or high-level writing skills).
  • Tools: Familiarity with Airbnb platform. Experience with PMS tools (Guesty, Hostaway, or Hospitable) is a huge plus.
  • Reliability: Stable internet connection (with backup) and a quiet workspace.
