Architectural Project Coordinator

About our Client: US based Design and Engineering company, specializes in developing plans for single family homes, multi residential and commercial. Their comprehensive services encompass architectural design, engineering solutions, and integrated plan management.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experianced and detail-oriented Remote Project Coordinator to join team of our Client. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan architectural projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of prior work experience in project management.
• experience in project management related Architectural/Engineering/Construction fields preferred but not a must.
• 2−3 years of direct client relations experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in project/schedule creation and maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize customer satisfaction.
• Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
• Ability to identify conflicts and issues and develop effective solutions.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Working knowledge of Trello, BIM, or CRM software preferred.
• Working knowledge of HOA/CDR/Building permitting agencies review process preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Communication with clients, understanding their overall needs and providing workflow updates.

• Interfacing with customer/clients on a regular basis, providing project status and problem resolution.
• Scheduling and managing day to day responsibilities/activities of the team and 3rd parties.
• Providing technical guidance and direction for teams and customers.
• Accurate completion, timely submittal and archival of required service documentation.
• Documentation preparation for submisison with building permitting agencies.
• Submisison and coordination or review with all types of building permitting agencies
• Planning, execution, and finalization schedules according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Continuously identify process improvements and efficiencies
• Assists upper management with any additional tasks as requested and needed.
• Ensuring the quality and completeness of work performed meets or exceeds the expectations of the customer.
• Developing, maintaining, and managing project schedules in the time frame promised to the customer.

Friday 11:00 PM — 08:00 AM PST (08:00 AM — 05:00 PM Kyiv time)
