Your Mission

Your role is to build and manage the recruitment engine of the company.

This includes sourcing candidates, screening them, coordinating interviews, and ensuring we consistently hire reliable people across multiple roles.

You will work directly with company leadership to help design and improve our recruiting systems.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing

  • Search and identify candidates through job boards, databases, and social media
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job platforms, and online communities
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs

Recruitment Process Management

  • Post and manage job advertisements
  • Review resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial screening interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Track all candidates in the recruitment system

Recruitment Funnel Development

  • Help build structured recruiting funnels
  • Maintain organized candidate databases
  • Improve hiring workflows and response times
  • Ensure consistent communication with candidates

Hiring Performance Tracking

  • Track hiring progress across open roles
  • Maintain recruitment reports and statistics
  • Ensure hiring targets are met within deadlines

  • Cleaning specialists

Requirements

Experience

  • 2+ years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Experience hiring for multiple roles simultaneously
  • Experience with remote recruiting is a strong advantage

Skills

  • Strong candidate sourcing ability
  • Structured and organized approach to recruitment
  • Ability to evaluate candidate reliability and work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive openminded individual looking to learn and develop
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles

Work Requirements

  • Full-time commitment (not part-time)
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Ability to work during Mountain Standard Time hours

Location: Remote (Eastern Europe, Latin America, or Asia preferred)

Working Hours: Monday — Friday 7:00 AM — 3:00 PM Mountain Time (MST/MDT)

Compensation: $1,200 — $1,500 USD per month base salary
