Pre-Sale Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented specialist to support our client acquisition process by preparing high-quality project proposals.

This role involves analyzing client requests coming from sales, marketing, delivery teams, project managers, and the website, structuring them into clear proposals, and coordinating internally to define project scope, timelines, and team availability.

The role may start with part-time engagement and can expand over time as responsibilities grow.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze incoming client requests and project requirements
• Work with AI tools to structure and refine proposals
• Define preliminary project scope, timeline, and team composition
• Coordinate with recruitment and project managers regarding available resources
• Validate estimates with delivery or technical teams when necessary
• Prepare professional proposals and documentation in company branding
• Manage proposal documentation and maintain templates
• Prepare and coordinate client contracts using company templates
• Implement minor contract adjustments based on project scope or client requests
• Support communication between sales, delivery, and recruitment teams during proposal preparation
