We are looking for a person who is not just searching for a job, but who genuinely lives inside the world of video games, anime, music, and pop culture.

Our store (https://arclineusa.com/) specializes in vinyl records with music from video games, anime, films, TV series, and Japanese music. Because of that, this role is a great fit for someone who naturally follows new game releases, watches anime, listens to soundtracks, knows what is trending in pop culture, and understands why these products are special to collectors.

This is an important role in our business. We are looking for someone to help with daily operational tasks, and in time become one of the key people in the company.

Main goal of this role

To help run the daily operations of our online store accurately and consistently, close assigned tasks independently, and become a reliable right hand in the business.

Daily tasks

• Adding new products to the website
• Managing and updating the Shopify store
• Customer support by email and messages
• Simple social media posting using already prepared templates
• Pricing monitoring
• Amazon listing setup and support
• General assistance with manual e-commerce tasks related to store operations

What we are looking for

• Previous experience with Shopify, preferably in a similar role
• Good English skills, both written and understanding, since the business is located in the USA and the USA is our main market
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central or at least understanding how it works
• Basic SEO knowledge, so you can understand what makes product text, page text, or blog text good and useful
• Ability to use ChatGPT or other AI tools to work faster and better, but with understanding and good judgment, not blindly
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks carefully
• Interest in e-commerce and willingness to learn all internal processes of the business
• Real interest in video games, anime, soundtracks, films, TV series, and Japanese music

Salary and growth

During the first learning period, we offer $800 per month for the first 6 months. After that, salary increases to $1000 per month. Then salary will be reviewed every year after Q4 based on overall performance and contribution. We guarantee salary growth for strong performance and long-term development.

This role is not a dead-end assistant role. It is a starting position for a person who wants to learn our business deeply and grow with the company. Our goal is to develop this person step by step into a team leader position, then manager position, and in the long term into a CEO-level role inside the company. This is a real growth path for someone who proves themselves and wants to build something serious with us.
