    What You’ll Do Design for Impact

    Craft high-performing visual assets such as main images, infographics, packaging concepts, and lifestyle imagery—always with the goal of increasing clicks, conversions, and customer trust.

    Own the Creative Strategy

    Before opening Photoshop, you will:

    • Study competitors, customer reviews, and market expectations
    • Analyze data, demographics, and search behavior
    • Build creative briefs that outline the message, emotional angle, layout logic, and proof points
    • Present strategic concepts before execution

    You will lead the thinking process behind the design, not just the execution.

    Elevate Brand Storytelling

    Develop visuals that communicate value instantly. Shape narrative arcs across product listings, brand pages, and multi-image sets in a way that reinforces our premium positioning and brand identity.

    Iterate With Data

    • Produce multiple creative variants
    • Prepare them for A/B testing
    • Interpret results and refine designs based on performance metrics (CTR, CVR, etc.)
    • Proactively propose new concepts based on insights

    Your work will directly tie to measurable improvements.

    Build Creative Systems

    Streamline workflows that blend manual design mastery with AI-assisted efficiency. Develop creative SOPs, template systems, and repeatable frameworks that increase speed without sacrificing quality.

    Adapt and Innovate

    Rapidly create seasonal campaigns, thematic visuals, and new conceptual ideas that keep us differentiated and ahead of the market.

    Who You Are A Designer AND a Strategist

    You don’t wait for direction—you generate creative ideas and concepts backed by research and logic.

    Analytically Driven

    You think in metrics. You understand how visuals influence CTR, conversions, perceived value, and customer behavior.

    E-commerce Fluent

    You know how online shoppers think, what stops the scroll, and what conveys trust instantly. (Amazon experience is a plus, but not mandatory.)

    Technically Versatile

    You are deeply proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and comfortable integrating AI tools or automation to speed up workflows.

    Experienced

    • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating both creativity and structured thinking
    • Experience designing for performance-driven environments (e-commerce, advertising, digital products, etc.)

    Independent, Structured, and Fast

    You manage your own day, juggle multiple projects, and deliver on time without hand-holding.

    Collaborative and Coachable

    You welcome feedback, propose alternatives, and enjoy improving your craft continuously.

    Full-Time Commitment — No Side Work

    This role requires full dedication. No freelancing, side projects, or other client work. We want someone ready to grow with us and eventually lead our creative department.
