Опис вакансії

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter who enjoys challenging searches.

You will be responsible for identifying and attracting the best talent in areas such as engineering, information technology, military technology, business, and cybersecurity.

Typical roles include ORM/SERM, OSINT specialist, SEO / Website Acquisition, Сybersecurity and other niche engineering and miltech positions like Embedded Developer, Hardware and RF Engineer.

What you’ll do

  • Drive the recruiting process: follow-ups, interview coordination, stage control, offer support
  • Direct search of candidates
  • Keep ATS-tracker updated with accurate statuses and notes
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and manage expectations
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates
  • Сommunicate successfully within a team and report on completed work

Must-have

  • 2+ years of IT recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house), including hard-to-fill roles
  • Experience working with ATS systems and recruitment technologies
  • Strong sourcing skills and the ability to find passive candidates
  • Organized and data-focused, with a strong attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset
  • English B1+ (written and spoken)
  • Ownership mindset: proactive, resilient, consistent follow-up discipline

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in recruiting in the Miltech directions
  • Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter/ Sales Navigator, GitHub sourcing, X-ray search, etc.
  • Experience recruiting across EU markets
