Junior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end project management activities, including planning, scheduling, execution, and closure
• Assist with project planning, execution, monitoring, control, and formal closure
• Apply project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid) based on project scope and delivery model
• Maintain project artifacts, including project plans, schedules, change requests, and status reports
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues; escalate deviations through defined governance processes
• Support scope control and change management, ensuring proper approvals and documentation
• Coordinate project meetings (kickoff, status, review) and document decisions and action items
• Communicate project status, risks, and next steps to stakeholders in a structured, professional manner

Requirements

• 0−2 years of experience in project management or project coordination
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
• Strong organizational, time‑management, presentation and communication skills, including preparation of executive‑level materials
• Strong organizational, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with project management tools and structured reporting
• Project Management certifications are preferred
• English- fluent
