Laflei S.L. is an international company developing projects in the fields of premium tourism, luxury mobility, and technological solutions for the vehicle rental industry. The company brings together several brands and digital products focused on delivering high-quality services to clients across different countries.

We are currently looking for a Middle/Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our international team and help scale the business by attracting strong professionals for key roles within the company.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting intake interviews with hiring managers and defining the candidate profile (must-have/nice-to-have requirements)
  • Developing candidate sourcing strategies (markets, channels, geography)
  • Active candidate sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-ray)
  • Working with passive candidates and headhunting complex profiles when needed
  • Conducting structured and competency-based interviews
  • Assessing candidates' soft skills and cultural fit
  • Preparing candidates for the next stages of the recruitment process
  • Coordinating all stages of the recruitment process and monitoring hiring timelines
  • Analyzing and optimizing candidate sourcing channels
  • Conducting salary market research and competitive analysis

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

  • 2−5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies in parallel (5+)
  • Experience in international hiring is required
  • Experience closing roles in IT, Sales, Marketing, and Management
  • Strong knowledge of Boolean search
  • Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and practical experience with ATS
  • Experience conducting structured interviews and assessing soft skills
  • Fluent Russian is important as part of daily communication takes place with colleagues and candidates from various countries, including Kazakhstan, Moldova, and other markets where it is commonly used
  • English — B2+ level or higher, required for communication with colleagues and candidates from international markets such as Italy, Portugal, Vietnam, and other countries where the company operates

Will be a plus:

  • Practical experience in headhunting complex profiles
