Freight Broker, Branch Manager

A newly, well-established U.S.-based Freight Brokerage Company is seeking an experienced Brokerage Manager to join our team.

This is a full-time, on-site position for professionals with prior U.S. freight brokerage experience and readiness to lead and manage a team.

Job responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a consistent and strong rapport with customers and shippers
• Manage and oversee a team of freight brokers handling U.S. lanes
• Coordinate daily brokerage operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor performance, productivity, and deal execution
• Support brokers with negotiations, problem-solving, and load management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and U.S. brokerage standards

Required qualifications

• Mandatory experience working as a Freight Broker (U.S. market)
• Proven experience managing or leading a brokerage team
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must
• Strong understanding of U.S. freight brokerage operations
• Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Compensation:

Base + performance-based percentage (monthly)
