Talent Manager (Recruitment, Client Success, Sales)

We work closely with our clients to help them scale, focusing on long-term collaboration, strong communication, and real results.

We are looking for someone proactive, communicative, and business-oriented to join us in a full-time role combining recruitment, client management, and sales.

Requirements:

• Strong English (spoken & written) • Experience in recruitment, sales, and working with clients • Strong communication and people skills • Ability to work independently and take ownership

Responsibilities:

• Work with inbound leads and guide them from the first conversation to closing • Understand client needs and match them with the right candidates • Interview and evaluate candidates (Mostly from Pakistan) • Present candidates to clients • Manage clients throughout the onboarding process • Maintain ongoing communication, support, and retention
