    Опис вакансії

    We are a fast-growing international staffing company providing dedicated full-time employees to businesses worldwide. Our clients are mainly automation companies, CRM developers, and digital agencies looking to scale their teams efficiently.

    We are looking for a strong Outbound Sales Manager who knows how to generate leads, reach out, and close deals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients (cold calls, LinkedIn, email outreach)
    • Handle inbound leads and convert them into paying clients
    • Generate leads from scratch (no waiting for inbound)
    • Present our solution and communicate the value clearly
    • Manage the full sales cycle- from first contact to closing
    • Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication
    • Work with CRM and keep data organized
    • Hit monthly sales targets

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in outbound sales / lead generation
    • Experience with cold outreach (calls, LinkedIn, email)
    • Strong communication and persuasion skills
    • Self-driven and results-oriented
    • Good English (spoken & written)
    • Experience working with CRM systems
