Construction project manager

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support telecom projects in a fast-paced, remote environment. This role is responsible for coordinating field crews, managing schedules, communicating with Customers, and ensuring projects are executed efficiently from start to finish.

Our ideal candidate is execution-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining strong communication, accountability, and follow-through.

A working understanding of telecom Line & Antenna construction is strongly preferred; however, candidates with prior experience in other industries may develop the necessary knowledge over time. In such cases, prior experience in Construction / Engineering, Energy / Utilities, or Field Service Management is preferred.

Requirements:

• Experience in project coordination / project management / operations / construction / telecom or another deadline-driven environment
• High level of independence, ownership and responsibility
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
• High level of accountability, ownership, and urgency
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines, coordinate people, and drive execution
• Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, trackers, spreadsheets, dashboards)
• Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
• Understanding of telecom Line & Antenna work is a plus (or willingness to learn quickly)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate telecom Line & Antenna projects from start to completion
• Maintain project schedules, deadlines, task tracking, and progress visibility
• Manage field crews and subcontractors
• Communicate with clients and provide status updates and coordination
• Identify risks and prevent delays
• Manage documentation, project closeout, and deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, safety, warehouse, accounting)
• Maintain project reporting and data accuracy
• Support process improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives
• Ensure structure, transparency, and continuity of execution
• Requires responsiveness to operational needs and changes
