    📌 Patient Care Coordinator → Practice Manager (Up to $1,280-$1,600/month, Remote, Growth Role)

    💼 Compensation & Schedule

    This is an hourly role with a structured path to a full-time Practice Manager position. Compensation is based on experience.

    Starting (Part-Time):

    • 3 days per week, 6 hours per day
    • Schedule: 10:00 AM — 4:00 PM (EST)
    • $8-$10/hour
    • Estimated monthly: $600-$960

    Growth (Full-Time):

    • 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
    • Schedule: 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM (EST)
    • Estimated monthly: $1,280-$1,600

    📌 The salary range in the title reflects full-time earning potential. The role begins part-time and expands based on performance.

    🚀 About the Role

    We are a small, fast-growing U.S.-based mental health practice looking for someone who is not just looking for a job, but a long-term opportunity to grow into a Practice Manager role.

    You will work directly with the practice owner, gain visibility into operations, and gradually take ownership of workflows, processes, and coordination across the practice.

    This is a high-potential role for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to step into leadership over time.

    🔹 What You’ll Start With

    1️⃣ Front Desk & Admin

    • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
    • Manage calendars and updates
    • Handle a low volume of calls (inbound and outbound)
    • Coordinate scheduling with therapists

    2️⃣ Billing & Insurance

    • Collect and review patient insurance information
    • Verify eligibility and benefits
    • Follow up on denied or pending claims
    • Communicate with therapists on billing-related matters

    📈 Your Growth Path: Practice Manager Track

    As you grow into the role, you will gradually:

    • Take ownership of internal workflows and operational processes
    • Support cross-functional communication across the team
    • Participate in process improvements and internal projects
    • Help optimize systems and overall efficiency
    • Work closely with leadership on scaling the practice

    👉 This role is designed to evolve into a Practice Manager / Operations role for the right candidate.

    📌 Training & Onboarding

    You will begin with structured onboarding and training. Over time, you will transition into more independent work and expanded responsibilities.

    Requirements

    • Experience in medical billing (U.S. healthcare required)
    • English level B2+ (strong communication skills); Ukrainian/Russian Fluent
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative
    • Interest in growing into a leadership/management role
    • Experience with TherapyNotes is a strong plus
