Country Growth Manager

Oxygen Botanicals is an international premium professional skincare brand expanding across global markets. We are the official representatives of the brand in Ukraine and Poland. Currently, we are launching an active expansion into the Polish market and are looking for a partner, not just an employee, to lead the brand’s development at a national level. Due to the strategic importance of this role and the need for a hands-on approach, we are exclusively seeking candidates who are currently based in Poland.

This position is for those who have outgrown standard sales roles and are ready to lead a large-scale expansion, turning the brand’s potential into market leadership across the entire country.

Your Mission:

Poland is our strategic priority. Your goal is to make Oxygen Botanicals a recognized and sought-after brand among professionals and major market players (pharmacy chains, retail giants), scaling our presence from a minimum to national coverage.

What You Will Do:

• Strategic Market Development: Analyze the competitive landscape and gather market data to prepare for major contracts.
• Distribution Growth: Build an offline sales network and actively develop online channels (Instagram, TikTok, e-commerce).
• Lead Management: Take full responsibility for all inbound and outbound leads within Poland.
• Partner Relations: Manage current clients and actively expand the brand’s presence (cosmetologists, aesthetic medicine clinics, SPAs, hotels).
• Scaling: Upon reaching successful KPIs — the opportunity to build and lead your own team in Poland.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• International Experience: Previous work with well-known professional or skincare brands.
• Languages: Fluent in Polish or English.
• Ambitious for Scale: You are not afraid of national-level responsibility and want to add a «country launch» success story to your portfolio.
• Autonomous Player: You can make independent decisions and structure your work without constant external supervision.

Terms and Compensation:

• Base Salary: 1,000 — 1,100 EUR.
• Bonuses: A progressive percentage of total sales turnover (no «ceiling»).
• Timeline: Spring (market prep and data collection) -> Summer (launching major contracts).
