International Recruiter (iGaming)

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of commercial experience as a Recruiter in iGaming industry;
• Experience in international hiring;
• Hands-on experience closing marketing roles;
• Strong command of modern sourcing methodologies and tools (Boolean search, X-ray, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.);
• Flexibility and adaptability to change;
• Systematic approach, independence, and result orientation;
• English level Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher for both written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle: from vacancy briefing and sourcing to offer support;
• Maintaining and updating the candidate database in the ATS;
• Identifying and implementing new sourcing channels and recruitment solutions;
• Collaborating with clients at all stages of the recruitment process;
• Handling objections from candidates and clients while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
