About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and intelligent Personal / Business Assistant to support day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, thinks logically, and knows how to leverage modern AI tools to work faster and more efficiently

Requirements

• Strong English skills (written and spoken)
• Strong Ukrainian skills (written and spoken)

• Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Experience using various AI platforms
• High level of responsibility
• Strong online research skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Stress-resistant, able to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
• Confident enough to knock on all possible doors to get a task done
• If keeping chaos under control sounds like your happy place, we’ll probably get along great

Key Responsibilities

• Being available in chat from 13:00—22:00 Kyiv time (actual work can be done whenever it suits you)
• Complete operational tasks of varying complexity, both business and personal. For example:
  • handling deliveries, shipments, and international logistics,
  • arranging transport abroad,
  • sourcing local childcare services,
  • researching and purchasing products or services,
  • handling special or unclear requests independently,
  • etc
• Help organize workflows and improve processes
• Track tasks and ensure deadlines are met
• Prepare simple reports, summaries, or checklists
• Keep documents, files, and information organized
• Not just complete tasks—but find better, faster ways to do them using AI solutions
