🌍 Remote Recruiter (m/f/d) — Commission-Based | Work from Anywhere

We are looking for motivated recruiters to support our growing international recruitment business.

This is a fully remote, performance-based opportunity with strong earning potential.

💼 Your Responsibilities:

• Contact candidates (phone, chat, video calls)
• Pre-screen and qualify applicants
• Collect required documents
• Forward suitable candidates to our team

• One major client with demand for 100−200 employees in 2026
• Current focus: logistics jobs (e.g. beverage logistics workers)

• Building an international recruitment network
• Expansion into other countries
• Future roles will include: → Truck drivers → Mechanics / craftsmen → IT specialists

✅ Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Independent and structured way of working
• Own network is a plus (not required)
• Recruiting experience is an advantage
