Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Project Coordinator — LMS Development will take on duties as required to design, test, and implement a Learning Management System (LMS) to meet department needs for delivering high quality training materials online. This is a short-term contract that could lead to further employment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Advise on selection of an LMS platform
- Design and code LMS functionality to meet training delivery needs
- Transfer developed courses to the LMS medium
- Test LMS functionality
- Train others in LMS use
- Give weekly progress reports
Qualifications:
- Experience in LMS management and configuration
- Understanding of adult learning theories
- Understanding of web development basics
- Ability to manage timelines and coordinate with development team
- Professional-level English.
