Premier Palace Hotel 5* is a luxurious historical hotel with a Kyiv essence and atmosphere.

Its history is unique and closely connected with the history of Kyiv. It is one of the capital’s landmarks, which is worth devoting some time to. It provides high-level services in the field of hospitality, works according to leading European standards of guest service.

Requirements:

  • Higher education.
  • Work experience of at least 5 years.
  • Fluent in Ukrainian and English (oral and written).
  • Knowledge of the hotel services market and pricing principles.
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and working with key clients. Skills in conducting marketing research and market analysis.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, ability to motivate a team.
  • Developed communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Organization and management of the hotel sales department.
  • Development and implementation of strategic and operational sales plans.
  • Setting individual goals for sales staff and monitoring their implementation.
  • Analysis of the hotel services market, monitoring the competitive environment.
  • Active search and attraction of new clients, development and support of long-term partnerships.
  • Management of a portfolio of key clients, increasing sales volumes from existing partners.
  • Work with the return of lost clients.
  • Participation in the development of the hotel’s sales strategy and marketing policy.
  • Preparation of the annual budget and monthly sales forecasts.
  • Development of long-term plans to increase the hotel’s profitability.
  • Representation of the hotel in professional and business associations, participation in industry events.
  • Monitoring compliance with service standards and internal hotel rules.
  • Development and implementation of initiatives aimed at increasing the hotel’s competitiveness.
  • Motivation and development of the sales team.
  • Ensuring effective use of service resources
