We are currently looking for a Accountant, Accounts Payable (AP) Group (European countries)

You are our candidate if:

• You have at least 2 years of experience as an accountant/senior accountant;
• You have in-depth knowledge of accounting principles;
• Experience working with source documents in accounting systems;
• Advanced Excel user, experience working with large data sets;
• Knowledge of one of the ERP systems Microsoft Dynamics Axapta/Business Central System/Navision or the ability to adapt to working in a new accounting system would be an advantage;
• Attentiveness, diligence, ability to perform tasks efficiently and on time.

What you will be doing:

• Collection and analysis of source documents for European companies;
• Recording business transactions in the accounting system (service accounting / working with accountable persons / reconciling bank statements) for European companies in accordance with the Group’s requirements;
• Analyzing the completeness and accuracy of expenses by department, expense category, and accrual of provisions;
• Active participation in the monthly closing of the reporting period for European companies;
• Interaction with the outsourcing company regarding the transfer of source documents for the preparation of financial and tax reports in accordance with local reporting standards.
