🧾 Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Assistant Property Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will support the management of residential and commercial properties, communicate with tenants and vendors, and assist with daily operational processes.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with daily property operations
• Communicate with tenants regarding maintenance requests, leasing matters, and building policies
• Coordinate repairs with contractors and service providers
• Track work orders and ensure timely completion
• Maintain tenant records and property documentation
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals
• Prepare letters, notices, and other documentation
• Manage emails, phone calls, and scheduling
• Monitor rent payments and maintain payment records
• Support communication with both English- and Russian-speaking clients

✅ Requirements

• Prior experience in property management is required
• Fluency in English and Russian (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with CRM or property management systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
