Brilic Media was born in 2018, built on a big belief: simplicity is revolutionary. Since then, we’ve grown into a passionate team, creating mobile apps that quietly improve the lives of over 70 million users worldwide.

We have two main content projects:

Key Responsibilities

• Research. Research social media trends across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.). Find trending formats, hooks, storytelling styles, viral mechanics, and competitor content.
• Content ideas. Generate content ideas daily. Adjust them for our brand and target audience.
• Scripts. Develop detailed video scripts, so that our reelsmakers and our video editors can turn your ideas into reality (film, edit videos).
• Instructions and feedback. Provide clear creative instructions to Reels Makers and Video Editors, to ensure your ideas are accurately brought to life.
• Help with other things. Screen record some of our apps sometimes, help with small content tasks (easy ones) when needed, etc.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in social media, marketing, content creation (Tiktok or Instagram)
• Russian B2+, English B1+
• You love content, social media.
• You can deconstruct a viral video and understand what makes it good.
• You are responsible.
• NOT required, but a huge plus: experience with mobile apps.
