About the Company

We are building an in-house marketing division that operates as a boutique international agency model.

We provide clients with full-cycle marketing services including:

  • Branding & visual identity development
  • Website strategy and development (via outsourced partners)
  • Social media management
  • Performance marketing (Paid Social & Google Ads)
  • SEO
  • Marketing video production

We are looking for a strong, entrepreneurial Head of Marketing Operations to build, structure, and lead this division.

Role Mission

To build and manage a profitable, high-performance marketing delivery team that provides premium marketing services to international clients.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role focused on:

  • Operational excellence
  • Service quality
  • Team performance
  • Client delivery
  • Project profitability

You will act as both department leader and strategic marketing advisor to the founder.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build & Structure the Marketing Division

  • Design the structure of a team
  • Define roles, responsibilities, and KPIs
  • Establish workflows and delivery processes
  • Create service standards and quality benchmarks
  • Develop scalable systems for growth

2. Client Project Delivery & Operations

  • Oversee all client marketing projects
  • Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
  • Manage scope, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Control project margins and operational efficiency
  • Implement reporting systems for clients
  • Maintain strong delivery discipline

You are fully responsible for execution quality.

3. Service Development & Standardization

  • Package and structure marketing services
  • Define clear deliverables and pricing logic (in collaboration with founder)
  • Improve service efficiency and scalability
  • Optimize internal production processes
  • Increase department profitability over time

4. Branding & Creative Oversight

  • Lead brand strategy and positioning development
  • Oversee creation of brand identities and guidelines
  • Supervise design direction and creative output
  • Ensure brand consistency across channels

5. Website Strategy & Outsourced Development

  • Define website strategy and conversion structure
  • Prepare technical briefs for outsourced developers
  • Manage external web teams
  • Ensure UX, UI, and performance standards
  • Align websites with business and performance goals

6. Performance Marketing & Growth

  • Oversee:
    • Social media management
    • Paid social campaigns
    • Google Ads
    • SEO initiatives
  • Monitor key performance metrics
  • Optimize campaigns and resource allocation
  • Ensure performance-driven mindset across the team

7. Content & Video Production

  • Lead creation of marketing video assets
  • Oversee creative production for paid ads and social media
  • Develop content strategies aligned with client goals
  • Ensure measurable content impact

8. Founder Advisory

  • Act as the primary marketing advisor to the founder
  • Translate business goals into marketing strategy
  • Provide data-driven recommendations
  • Help shape long-term growth direction

KPIs

  • Client project profitability
  • On-time project delivery
  • Service margin improvement
  • Campaign performance results
  • Client retention and satisfaction
  • Team productivity & efficiency

Requirements

  • 5+ years in digital marketing
  • 3+ years in leadership (agency experience strongly preferred)
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Branding
    • Performance marketing
    • Social media strategy
    • Website UX & conversion principles
  • Experience working with outsourced teams
  • Strong operational and financial mindset
  • Ability to work hands-on when needed
  • Experience in international markets
