Graphic Designer (E-Commerce, Packaging)

About the Role

In this position, you are the visual heartbeat of our product presentation. You don’t just «create files»; you take full ownership of how our brand is perceived on global marketplaces and in the hands of our customers. You will bridge the gap between creative concept art and technical print perfection—acting as the final gatekeeper for visual quality.

Position Details

• Type: Full-time (40h/week preferred)
• Location: 100% Remote (Based in Ukraine)

Responsibilities:

• Image Editing: Execute and take full ownership of high-quality product image editing, including retouching, color correction, and complex reworks.
• Packaging Design: Lead the execution of 2D layouts on factory die-cuts. You are responsible for the entire process from typography to creating 100% «press-ready» files (Pantone, specialty finishes (foil/UV), and precise bleeds).
• AI Image Generation: Proactively create and refine AI-generated visuals to support product presentation and lifestyle content.
• Amazon Visuals: Design high-impact gallery images and A+ content. You support the creation of main images and ensure all visuals follow e-commerce best practices to drive conversion.
• Content Management: Handle the technical upload of assets to Amazon Seller Central. You ensure correct display, fix technical listing issues, and communicate with Amazon Support when necessary.
• Concept Art: Develop fresh packaging concepts and visual storytelling elements (instructional inserts, care cards) with a strong eye for modern interior trends.
• Illustration: Create hand-drawn or digital illustrations to enhance brand elements (a major plus).

Your Profile

Must-Haves:

• Experience: 2−3+ years in graphic design, with a focus on e-commerce, image editing, and packaging.
• Software Mastery: Expert skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• AI Image Skills: Strong experience with AI image generation tools (e.g., Krea, Nano Banana) to optimize workflows.
• Technical Print Knowledge: Solid understanding of CMYK, ink trapping, and how paper stocks (kraft vs. coated) affect color.
• Design Sense: Strong feeling for aesthetics, layout, and visual composition.
• Precision & Ownership: An «eagle eye» for 1pt alignment errors and typos. You feel responsible for the final result and perform your own quality checks.
• Adaptability: Ability to translate feedback into polished design improvements.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to identify issues and find practical solutions.
• Organization: Strong self-management skills to handle multiple tasks independently within a remote team structure.
• English: Good communication skills (B2+) for daily collaboration.

Nice-to-Haves:

• 3D Visualization: Experience with Adobe Dimension, Rhino or other similar software.
• Passion for Tableware & Interior Design: A love for ceramics and interior design trends.

• Amazon Experience: Familiarity with Seller Central (case management and technical uploads).
• Video Editing: Basic experience with video editing tools.
