Опис вакансії

Requirements:

Good English communication
Ability to work night shift (U.S. time)
Dispatch or logistics experience preferred

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls from drivers regarding breakdowns and emergencies
Assess issues and arrange roadside repair, towing, or service
Find and dispatch vendors (repair shops, mechanics, towing)
Communicate with drivers and provide status updates
Monitor repairs and ensure quick resolution
Control costs and verify service pricing
Record all cases, updates, and invoices in the system

Schedule: Mo-Fr from 7 am to 5 pm and every other Saturday and Sunday
