The role pays $1,700/month base + uncapped commission (top performers hit usually $4,000 — $5,000/month).
About the role
We’re hiring Partnerships & Sales Manager to own our outbound motion. Most prospecting is already automated (you push a few buttons in Instantly and 200+ emails go out). Your job is to manage what comes back: reply to interested leads, follow up with prospects, run LinkedIn DMs to creators and founders, and close deals on Zoom demos.
You’ll work across three channels: agency partnerships (primary), newsletter placements, and creator/LinkedIn outreach. We give you the leads, the tools, the scripts, and the email sequences. You bring the follow-through and the judgment to know when a script needs breaking. You’ll report directly to the founder.
What you’ll do
- Reply to inbound interest from automated campaigns within the same business day
- Run 4 to 5 Zoom demos per day with agency owners, SaaS founders, and newsletter operators
- Manage LinkedIn outreach to creators and founders
- Push automated email campaigns in Instantly and monitor deliverability
- Book, reschedule, and chase no-shows without being asked
- Log every conversation in CRM so the next person can pick up where you left off
- Escalate pricing and custom deal questions directly to the founder
You may be a good fit if you…
- Have 3+ years in B2B sales, lead gen, or outbound SDR work (any industry)
- Write in clean, direct English (this is a written-first job, even the calls follow a written plan)
- Are comfortable running 4 to 5 Zoom demos per day with Western founders and agency owners
- Follow up without reminders. If we have to chase you to do your job, this isn’t the right role
- Read a stalled deal and have an instinct for what to try next, even when no one’s told you
- Treat «I don’t know» as a starting point, not an ending one

A typical day might look like
- Morning: sort overnight replies in Instantly, confirm today’s 4 to 5 demos, send follow-ups to yesterday’s calls
- Midday: back-to-back Zoom demos. One closes, one ghosts, one needs a tailored follow-up you design
- Afternoon: LinkedIn outreach to 20 to 40 creators, newsletter placement calls, CRM hygiene
- End of day: load tomorrow’s sequences, flag pricing questions for the founder, chase no-shows
Compensation
- $1,700/month base
- 8% of new monthly revenue from partners you close, paid for the first 3 months of each deal
- Uncapped. Strong performers hit $4,000 to $5,000/month total
- Paid in USD, monthly, via Wise or equivalent
- Full-time, 40 hours/week, remote, with hours mostly aligned to European and US business time zones
