We specialize in expedite freight and are expanding our team. We value dispatchers who bring not only skill but also established industry contacts to help us grow.

What We’re Looking For

Experienced dispatchers with proven track records.
Ideally, candidates who already have broker/shipper connections.
Background in expedite is preferred, but we will also consider dispatchers from van operations if they have a clear plan for transition.

Compensation

Base salary + % of profit during the initial period.

Long-term, compensation will shift to commission-only, up to 30% of profit, depending on performance and mutual agreement.
