We’re looking for a creative and consistent content creator to produce high-quality Instagram carousel posts based on a clearly defined style and algorithm provided by us.

Responsibilities

• Create 2 Instagram carousel posts per day (6 days per week)
• Each carousel includes 5 slides
• Follow a specific visual and content style (guidelines will be provided)
• Develop content ideas independently (not just execution)
• Build and maintain a content plan
• Create content across different categories (e.g., figure skating, gymnastics, ballet, etc.)
• Ensure all content is engaging, structured, and aligned with the brand

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Instagram content and viral formats
• Ability to generate original ideas, not just design
• Good visual taste and attention to detail
• English proficiency required (all content is in English)
• Ability to work consistently and meet daily deadlines

Work Schedule

• 6 days per week (Sunday is off)
• Daily output: 2 carousels (5 slides each)
• Flexible schedule — you can work at any time, as long as deadlines are met

Compensation

• $300/month (first month)
• $350/month (starting from month 5)
• $450/month (starting from month 12)
