Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Drive active contact with global customers via email, tickets, and phone to resolve pending debts using a solution-oriented approach.
• Collaborate seamlessly with Accounting, Customer Care, and Key Account Management to align on billing resolutions.
• Manage the strategic handover of complex cases to external collection agencies, ensuring effective end-to-end cooperation.
• Proactively transform the collections workflow to create faster, leaner, and more effective financial processes.
• Maintain the integrity of customer profiles and financial data within internal systems to ensure high-quality reporting.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Successfully completed apprenticeship in office management or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Professional experience in financial accounting or collections environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong focus on utilizing Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
• Fluency in English.
• Proven ability to work independently with a conscientious and structured approach.

Bonus Points For

• Previous experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Strong analytical thinking skills and a deep interest in complex business contexts.
