    About Uplift Aero Software

    Uplift Aero Software is a growing aviation technology company helping aircraft owners, operators, and aviation businesses use software to improve sales, operations, and customer engagement. We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our sales team, help generate new business opportunities, and assist with marketing activities.

    Role Overview

    The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will help support the sales process by setting up product demos, collecting and organizing customer data, assisting with CRM updates, and creating basic marketing materials. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicates clearly, and has some experience with sales, marketing, and CRM systems.

    You will work closely with the sales and leadership team to help manage leads, prepare outreach materials, and support business development efforts.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Contact potential customers and help schedule sales demos
    • Support the sales team with lead follow-up and customer communication
    • Collect, organize, and update customer and prospect data
    • Maintain and update CRM records
    • Help create marketing materials such as emails, flyers, presentations, social media posts, and sales documents
    • Research potential customers, companies, and aviation market opportunities
    • Assist with email campaigns and basic marketing outreach
    • Track sales activity and help prepare reports when needed
    • Support general administrative tasks related to sales and marketing

    Requirements

    • Strong written and spoken English
    • Must be available to work New York City / Eastern Time Zone business hours
    • Some experience using CRM systems
    • Some experience with marketing, sales support, or customer outreach
    • Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, email platforms, or similar software
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
    • Able to communicate professionally with customers and team members
    • Willing to learn about aviation, software, and sales processes
    • Self-motivated and able to work remotely

    Nice to Have

    • Experience in aviation, software, SaaS, or B2B sales
    • Experience creating social media content or email marketing campaigns
    • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar CRM platforms
    • Experience booking demos or qualifying sales leads

    Ideal Candidate

    The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and proactive. You should be comfortable speaking with potential customers, writing clear emails, managing data, and helping create marketing content. You do not need to be an aviation expert, but you should be willing to learn and be excited to work in a growing aviation software company.
