    About the Role

    We are looking for a hands-on Amazon Marketplace Manager to take full ownership of our product portfolios sourced from China. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of a product on Amazon EU. This is not just a strategic role; you will be «in the driver’s seat» — managing everything from listing creation and SEO to PPC management and inventory health.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Full-Cycle Launch Management: Execute end-to-end product launches on Amazon EU (DE, PL, FR, IT, ES, etc.), ensuring all technical and marketing requirements are met.
    • PPC & Advertising: Create, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns (SP, SB, SD) to drive sales while maintaining a healthy ACOS/TACOS.
    • Listing Excellence (SEO & Content): Craft and optimize high-converting listings (Title, Bullets, Keywords) and coordinate A+ Content/Storefront updates.
    • Sourcing Interface: Collaborate with our internal Sourcing Team to define product requirements, review samples from China, and ensure EU compliance (CE, REACH, etc.).
    • Performance Tracking: Monitor daily sales, BSR, buy-box share, and competitor moves. Use data to make quick adjustments.
    • Inventory & Pricing: Manage stock levels in coordination with logistics and set dynamic pricing strategies to maximize both velocity and margin.

    Your Profile

    • 2+ years of proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts with a focus on Private Label / China-sourced goods.
    • PPC Expert: Deep understanding of Amazon Advertising and how to scale products through paid traffic.
    • Analytical Mindset: Professional Excel/Google Sheets; ability to calculate «Landed Costs» (Production + Shipping from China + Duty + FBA) to ensure profitability.
    • Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of the European Market (tax regulations, local customer behavior, and language nuances).
    • Tools: Proficient with Helium 10, Keepa, and ideally BaseLinker.
    • Self-Starter: You don’t wait for instructions; you see a problem (e.g., dropping BSR or high ACOS) and fix it.
