AI Automation, Voice Operations Specialist (Call-Centre)

Aventus Group is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced and proactive specialist to lead AI-driven customer communication automation across global B2C micro-lending operations. Aventus Group is an international fintech group with over 15 years of experience in building and scaling innovative financial products across 5 continents.

Requirements

• Experience in collections / debt management processes will be a strong advantage
• Understanding of customer communication workflows (chat / calls)
• Experience working with REST APIs and webhooks
• Practical experience with LLMs (prompting, basic integrations)
• Experience with voice AI / speech tech (TTS/STT solutions such as ElevenLabs or similar)
• Understanding of chatbot / voicebot scenario building (flows, intents, fallbacks)
• Experience with automation/orchestration tools (n8n, Make, or similar)
• Experience integrating with CRM / dialer / telephony systems
• Experience with:
  • prompt engineering
  • RAG / knowledge base integrations
  • basic NLU / intent classification
• Ability to analyze chats/calls and evaluate AI quality
• Ability to analyze and optimize communication flows
• Experience with A/B testing
• Understanding of key metrics:
  • RPC, PTP, recovery rate
  • AHT, CSAT, conversion rate
• Ability to gather business requirements and transform them into solutions
• English B1+ or higher

• Experience with speech analytics
• Experience with AI agents / multi-step pipelines
• Experience scaling solutions across multiple markets/languages
• Spanish or other foreign languages will be an advantage
