Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to launch and grow the English Instagram channel for Mr. Apps. We already have a Russian-language Mr. Apps channel (@mr.apps.official) and would like to grow the English-language channel as well.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Manage and publish content on social media: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms through daily posts (feed, Stories, Reels/Shorts) with content adapted to each platform’s format and style.
• Get to know our products. Download and test our mobile applications to understand their functionality and find ideas for content about our apps.
• Content plan. Develop and maintain a content plan for our feed and our stories. Analyze content from international bloggers and competitors in the niche. Monitor social media trends and adapt them for the project’s content.
• Scripts. Write scripts for Reels and short videos in English.
• Technical briefs. Prepare technical briefs for video editors and hand over videos for editing. Prepare screen recordings for editors, source stock visuals, and assisting in post-production.
• Create. Prepare covers, captions, and descriptions for posts. Create static content for social media (carousels).
• Manage comments, direct messages and community engagement in general. Interact with the audience.
• Reporting & Analytics: Prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, and audience growth.Track performance and optimize content.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role
• English at a B2 level or higher, Russian B1 or higher (needed to coordinate with the rest of the team)
• Strong work ethic, creativity, punctuality.
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
