BIM Manager

Spectrum is a fully integrated Design & Build firm based in Tbilisi, Georgia, providing services in Architecture, Interior Design, Master Planning, and Construction Management. We design and deliver unique, bespoke projects for commercial and residential sectors worldwide.

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead and optimize our BIM processes. In this pivotal role, you will shape our projects by establishing standards, managing interdisciplinary coordination, and overseeing workflows using tools like Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in architecture, with at least 5 years in construction or engineering;
• Expertise in BIM tools and workflows (e.g., Revit, Navisworks);
• Strong knowledge of international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650);
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
• Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement BIM strategies, standards, and protocols;
• Coordinate 3D models across architecture, engineering, and construction disciplines;
• Conduct clash detection, resolve design conflicts, and ensure data quality;
• Train and mentor team members to enhance BIM integration in projects.

Selection Process: The selection consists of two Zoom interviews and a task assignment
