About the Project

We are building an international ecosystem that combines education, marketing, logistics, and business development.

Today we operate two primary directions:

• U.S. Logistics School • Global Marketing School

Our objective is not simply to sell courses.

Our goal is to build international teams in up to 110 countries and create a system where:

Student → Trainee → Employee → Manager → Operations Manager → Country Director → Office Launch

The strongest people inside our system will eventually help launch new markets, build teams, and open physical offices supported by company resources and investment.

What You Will Do

• Work with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok)
• Understand traffic generation, content creation, lead generation, and sales fundamentals
• Process inbound inquiries
• Conduct online meetings and presentations
• Communicate with prospective students
• Help people choose the right educational path
• Participate in the growth of international educational projects
• Build relationships with potential students and future team members
• Help grow international communities around our educational programs

Who We Are Looking For

Option A — Experienced Candidates

If you have experience in:

• Sales
• Marketing
• SMM
• Business Development
• Negotiations
• Project Management

and can demonstrate measurable results from the last 3−6 months, we are prepared to consider you immediately for a compensated position.

• Revenue generated
• Number of clients acquired
• Lead generation performance
• Conversion rates
• Audience growth
• Team management experience
• Marketing campaign results

Option B — Candidates Without Experience

If you do not yet have experience or measurable results but are willing to learn, execute, and grow, you may participate in our free training and practical development program lasting approximately 1.5−3 months.

During the program you will receive:

• Practical assignments
• Mentor support
• Real projects
• Understanding of U.S. marketing, sales, and logistics
• Experience building your own lead-generation ecosystem
• Knowledge of how to attract clients, students, and future team members
• The opportunity to learn how to build a team and eventually launch an office from the ground up

Most importantly, you will learn how to generate revenue and build systems that can scale internationally.

Compensation & Growth Opportunity

Experienced Candidates

For candidates with proven experience and measurable results, we offer:

• Base compensation + performance-based commission
• Direct access to company leadership
• Opportunity to participate in building international projects
• Fast-track growth into management and operational leadership roles

Expected compensation:

$2,000 — $6,000+ per month

Compensation is determined by your ability to generate results, attract qualified students, increase revenue, and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Candidates Without Experience

If you do not yet have experience or measurable results, you may join our free training and practical development program.

During this period, compensation is performance-based and tied directly to the results you help generate.

Revenue Share Model

Current compensation structure:

• 20% of the revenue generated through your efforts, projects, enrollments, and business activities

Additionally, when students you help attract successfully complete training and later become active employees within the company, additional compensation opportunities may become available based on their contribution and performance.

Income Potential

After learning the system and consistently applying the correct actions, most successful participants begin generating meaningful income.

Typical progression:

• First results — performance-based earnings
• Consistent execution — $2,000+ per month
• Strong performance and market development — $3,000-$6,000+ per month
• Leadership and market expansion — significantly higher earning potential

• Fully remote
