Construction Engineer (public buildings, reconstruction, Civil Engineer, Architect)

Due to the planned expansion of our activities in Ukraine, we are seeking a Construction Engineer (public buildings, reconstruction) (Civil Engineer/Architect) .

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural), municipal infrastructure, economics, or related field.
• Min 3 years of experience working with international financial institutions (IFIs)
• At least 3 years of experience in Ukraine in one or more of the following areas:

— preparation or review of civil works designs and cost estimates;

— preparation of technical specifications for tender documentation;

— project implementation support and/or monitoring

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
