Cogito is leading distribution company of electronic components (B2B). We are dynamically expanding our global footprint and looking for a driven professional to join our team.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Head of Export to drive our international sales and expand our market presence worldwide. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with international partners, and managing new country offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Actively search for new clients, distributors, and partners in foreign markets to expand the company’s export footprint.
  • Sales Management: Conduct negotiations, prepare commercial offers, and finalize international sales contracts.
  • Account Management: Maintain and develop strong, long-term relationships with existing international B2B clients.
  • Documentation & Logistics: Prepare the complete package of export documentation and ensure full compliance with international trade laws and regulations. Incoterms Compliance: Control and coordinate shipments in strict accordance with Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.).
  • Market Analysis: Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify new growth areas.
  • Reporting: Monitor accounts receivable, control payment schedules, and regularly report on sales performance and KPIs.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: University degree in International Business, Economics, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2−3 years of proven experience in export sales or international business development (B2B).
  • Key Skills: Excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
