HR Generalist/Recruiter

Terms: Full-time

Working hours: 16:00 to 01:00 Kyiv time Mon-Fri

We offer:

• Starting NET monthly salary from $900.
• Career growth within a US company, annual salary reviews.
• Paid vacation, sick leaves, and US public holidays (22 days in total).
• Payments in national currency are tied to the USD exchange rate.
• Employment: ФОП, the company covers all taxes and provides a paid training period, 2 weeks of paid vacation annually, 1 week of paid sick leave annually, and birthday leave.

We Require:

Prior experience: 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist or recruiting role.

Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in HR systems, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office tools

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Source and identify candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Post job openings on job boards, company websites, and other recruitment platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Provide guidance on candidate selection and hiring decisions.
• Conduct reference checks and coordinate background screenings.
• Assist in preparing and extending job offers, including compensation discussions where applicable.

Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle

• Manage the full-cycle onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive new hire experience. Prepare onboarding documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date in the internal CRM.

Employee Relations & HR Support

• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related matters.
• Support employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.• Assist managers with performance management processes, including feedback and disciplinary actions when needed.

Compliance & HR Administration

• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with applicable labor laws and company standards. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive data.

• Support HR reporting and documentation for internal and external requirements.

Process Improvement & HR Projects

• Participate in HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving processes and employee experience.

• Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations efficiency.
