As we continue to expand, we are looking for a confident and professional individual to become the face of our brand across social media and client communications.

The Role

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and camera-confident individual to represent BLAKE online and during client interactions. This role combines social media content creation, brand representation, and client relations.

You will create short videos for social media, participate in virtual meetings, and help communicate our services in a professional and engaging manner.

Responsibilities

• Represent BLAKE professionally across social media platforms.
• Create short-form videos (30−60 seconds) explaining and promoting our services.
• Participate in Zoom meetings with prospective and existing clients.
• Build positive relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with promoting the company’s services and marketing campaigns.
• Communicate confidently and professionally on behalf of the company.
• Collaborate with the team to develop content ideas and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• Advanced or Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confident speaking on camera and in virtual meetings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and presentation.
• Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, content creation, or client relations is an advantage.
• Comfortable using Zoom, social media platforms, and basic online tools.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.
• Access to a smartphone or camera capable of recording high-quality videos.

The ideal candidate is confident, personable, and enjoys engaging with people. You do not need to be a professional influencer, but you should feel comfortable creating short videos and representing a professional brand online.
