Procurement, Supply Specialist

MCOP Ukraine — an internationally recognized orthotics and prosthetics medical center — is opening a recruitment process for the position of Procurement and Supply Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Procurement and Supply Specialist responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and ensuring the timely supply of equipment, materials, and goods required for prosthetic manufacturing, as well as office and operational needs. This role supports uninterrupted business operations through effective supplier management, cost control, and procurement process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process procurement requests from internal departments for materials, equipment, and operational supplies
• Manage the procurement of equipment, components, and materials required for prosthetic manufacturing
• Organize the purchase of office supplies, stationery, household items, and other goods required for staff and office operations
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment to support uninterrupted business operations
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure the timely delivery and quality of purchased materials and equipment
• Maintain procurement records and prepare reports on purchasing activities, expenditures, and supplier performance
• Communicate with suppliers, obtain invoices, delivery notes, acceptance certificates, and other procurement-related documentation
• Prepare and submit consolidated procurement plans and purchasing forecasts to management based on departmental requirements
• Communicate with external experts and representatives of the parent company regarding procurement activities, purchase orders, and supplier-related matters
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and internal control requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a related role
• Good understanding of procurement processes, documentation management, and basic accounting procedures related to purchasing activities
• Experience in supplier sourcing, relationship management, and negotiations
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other business software
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely completion of procurement activities.

Language Requirements

• Ukrainian: fluent.
• English: Intermediate level (B1)
