Опис вакансії

We are seeking a proactive and service-orientedIT Support Administrator to join our Kyiv office. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key point of contact for local IT support, ensuring the smooth operation of workplace systems, office infrastructure, and end-user services.

As an IT Support Administrator, you will provide first-line technical support to employees, manage workplace equipment, support onboarding and offboarding processes, and coordinate with regional IT teams and external service providers. You will play an important role in maintaining a reliable IT environment and ensuring a high level of user satisfaction across the office.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting weekly routine checks of office systems and equipment to ensure proper operation.
  2. Processing and handling local and regional user support requests in accordance with submitted tickets, including monitoring resolution timelines and communicating updates to users.
  3. Resolving a wide range of operational IT support issues, including technical troubleshooting, user assistance, and ensuring the smooth operation of workplace systems and services.
  4. Supporting and resolving issues related to the firm’s IT systems, including cooperation with internal and regional IT teams to ensure timely resolution of technical incidents.
  5. Providing user support with software setup, installation, updates, and basic configuration of workplace applications and systems.
  6. Supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook and ensuring the proper functioning of email communication, including resolving issues related to sending and receiving emails.
  7. Providing Citrix support, including restoring access to virtual desktops; assisting users with access rights, password recovery, and authentication issues; providing basic user support within the Citrix environment.
  8. Providing support for Microsoft Teams, including: troubleshooting general system performance issues; resolving sound, microphone, and camera setup issues; assisting users with online meeting setup and connectivity.
  9. Providing support for Macroview, including: assisting with granting and managing folder access permissions; assisting users with proper document upload and storage.
  10. Supporting the setup and maintenance of work laptops, including: preparing laptops for new employees; reconfiguring laptops after employee offboarding; coordinating laptop replacements when required; installing and configuring standard workplace software.
  11. Supporting the procurement process for IT equipment and work laptops, including: identifying business and operational equipment needs; conducting price monitoring and selecting suppliers; coordinating and obtaining approvals from the central office; supporting the ordering and delivery process of IT equipment.
  12. Conducting inventory management, audits, and tracking of IT equipment, including: performing regular IT equipment audits and preparing reports; tracking and documenting the movement of IT assets; maintaining accurate records of equipment assigned to users; monitoring the technical condition and timely return of equipment.

13. Administration and support of the office access control system, including: issuing, activating, and deactivating office access cards for employees; managing and updating employee access rights in line with onboarding and offboarding processes.

Key skills and experience required:

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to user support.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and workplace productivity tools.
  • Basic knowledge of networking principles, internet connectivity, routers, and VPN solutions.
  • Experience with laptop deployment, software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with Citrix environments and remote desktop solutions.
  • Ability to manage IT equipment inventory and maintain accurate asset records.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requests, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional and international teams.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and service excellence.
  • Good written and spoken English.
