    Опис вакансії

    A creative marketing agency is looking for a Business Development Manager to build and launch our sales process from scratch. We create thousands of pieces of ad content per month for clients across a wide range of niches, helping them acquire customers through Meta, YouTube, TikTok, AppLovin, and other channels, at the moment we’re looking for a person who can help us to scale our projects pool.

    What you’ll do:

    • Build and launch lead generation and sales processes from the ground up, with full autonomy.
    • Work with cold leads and run cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, and other channels).
    • Communicate with potential clients in English. Participate in pre-sale calls and present the agency’s services.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in B2B services sales (design, IT, marketing, agencies).
    • Strong English, both written and spoken.
    • Experience with cold outreach and building sales processes independently.
    • Self-driven, proactive, comfortable working without micromanagement.
