Junior UI/UX Designer

ANODA is a product design agency based in Tallinn, Estonia, founded in 2013. We specialize in UI/UX design for FinTech and SaaS startups in the US. Over 12 years we’ve delivered numerous projects, including two Behance award-winning ones.

Format: Remote Timezone: GMT+2 Languages: English, Ukrainian

What you’ll do:

— Create designs in Figma, Adobe, and other tools — Collaborate with the team to collect and provide feedback — Improve design quality on existing projects — Create UX user journey maps and wireframes — Prepare screenmaps and notes for developers — Upload designs to Zeplin and Avocode — Handle design versioning and updates — Conduct client meetings in English

What we expect:

— 1+ year of commercial experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio — Experience designing data visualization tools: charts, maps, infographics — Understanding of composition, layout, grid, typography, and color — Knowledge of human-centered design principles and modern UI conventions — Proficiency in Figma — Knowledge of responsive web, Mobile-first, and UX/UI fundamentals — Familiarity with Human Interface Guidelines — English — Upper-Intermediate — Self-motivation and time management
