An international FMCG company is looking for a talented and ambitious Junior Brand Manager to join its growing team in Kyiv. This position has been created as part of the company’s ongoing business expansion and offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in regional brand management within a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing and Campaign Execution

  • Support planning, coordination, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple markets in collaboration with global teams
  • Assist in the execution of trade marketing digital activities (media planning, creative development, performance analysis)
  • Coordinate influencer marketing initiatives with agencies and content creators

Trade Marketing and Retail Activation

  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of trade marketing activities with key retailers
  • Support e-commerce content development and optimization
  • Coordinate adaptation and production of POS materials and promotional assets

Brand Management and Innovation

  • Support product launches and brand activation initiatives across the region
  • Participate in brand development and business growth projects
  • Coordinate packaging, artwork, and brand materials
  • Support market expansion and innovation projects

Analytics and Business Insights

  • Analyze sales, market and campaign performance data
  • Monitor competitors and market trends
  • Support evaluation of marketing effectiveness and business results

Cross-functional Projects

  • Coordinate projects with internal and external stakeholders across several countries
  • Support budget tracking, reporting, and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • 1−2 years of experience in marketing (preferably in an international FMCG company)
  • Higher education
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • English — Upper-Intermediate
  • Proactive mindset
